Customs Terms

Custom Orders include up to 3 items of your choice in a print of your choice on a fabric base of your choice. (Outfit counts as 2 items)

I will not re-create anything made by another shop. Do not send me photos asking me to make something someone else has made. Sending me photos of previously sold GG items is ok!

The $25 retainer ensures you are serious about a GG custom and that my time will not be wasted discussing your custom. Retainer amount will be deducted from your overall invoice. Final payment must be made within 48 hours of paying the retainer. In the event you do not follow through on final payment within the specified timeframe, retainer will not be refunded. Once you have purchased your spot, please fill out the google form asap.

**Please remember you have 48 hours once retainer listing is purchased to pay final invoice, so please stay in contact while we finalize everything.**

No discount codes can be used on custom items, but gift cards can be used if you have one.

Please view payment options section on my website. There are several installment options if that is the payment method you prefer.

Fees:
All prices listed are base prices and include: 1 yard of fabric and shipping to me and are for either double brushed poly or wide rib fabric. Organic fabric bases and additional file options are available for an upcharge. Depending on the size and style, more than 1 yard may be needed. Any outfits over 2T will likely need an additional yard of fabric. If wanting multiple fabric bases, you will be charged for the additional base.(Example, if you want a mesh skirt, additional charge for the mesh fabric and the shipping cost to me will be applied to your invoice)

I have many seamless files for you to choose from, but if you want to buy a specific one and send it to me, that is an option as well! I will help as much as I can if you're looking for something specific if I know where to find it, but I prefer you find your own file. If purchasing your own file, please make sure it says "seamless". I am not responsible for any misprints due to incorrect file format that you purchase and send to me.

If you have an exclusive file made that you want me to use, this file will only be used for your items and not in my shop. After your order is complete, the file will be deleted from my computer as well.

Once invoice is paid and fabric is ordered, no changes can be made to your order. I am available to answer questions about fit and sizing so please ask if unsure.

In the event there is more than 1/4 yard or more left of fabric, I will reach out to you about either purchasing it from you myself if it's a print I would like to use, or see what you'd like for me to do with the extras.

For customs, Ghoul Gang is open to many types of art, not just spooky, but will not create any pieces with art work/people that go against Ghoul Gang's values and morals including but not limited to any art/artist/singer/pattern that Ghoul Gang's owner deems to depict or support racism, homophobia, sexism, and so on. By purchasing, I am agreeing not to ask for any of these types of items. 

Turnaround time for customs varies, but please plan for up to 7 weeks to be safe. If needing by a specific date, please make sure it is after the given TAT. It can take 2-3 weeks just for me to receive fabric depending where it's coming from and I do work full time as well.  I strive for sooner, though it is not always possible.
