Shipping policy

Address issues:

Once order confirmation is sent, the only way to change your address is to email me BEFORE it ships. Customer is responsible for checking that the shipping address is correct before submitting the order. In the event that a package is returned to Ghoul Gang as undeliverable, customer must pay for shipping again to have it sent to the correct address or you will be refunded and charged a $5 re-stocking fee. The item will be considered forfeited and re-listed as available. 

If you put the wrong address and it's delivered to that specified address and you are unable to retrieve your package. please file a claim with USPS. I am unable to do anything about it from my end once it says "delivered". 

Turnaround time:

Ready to ship items will ship in 1-3 business days starting the next business day after purchase. Example if you purchase on a Friday the item will be shipped on later than the next Wednesday. I always aim to ship things as soon as possible, but with my busy work/home schedule I don't always have time right away.

Made to order items will ship within the given turnaround time on the date of the drop. Please do not contact me about an update on your order if it is still within turnaround time. I never go over it and aim to get them out at least a week or so sooner.
